Early OmniMechs and BA Handholds

The Nova OmniMech is stated in lore to be the first OmniMech created with handholds for Battle Armor troopers, but it was far from the first OmniMech. Were subsequent production runs of earlier OmniMechs (Coyotl, Lupus, Night Chanter, Spirit Walker, Woodsman, Naga, and Naga II) modified to add these mounts?
