LT-MOB-25F Availiablty Question

Hello!

Someone pointed out something that MUL apparently think is correct.
The new variant of the Long Tom Artillery system and it's associated part for LT-MOB-25F variant.   Their all showing they were available in 2695.  However, MUL is showing these things were available through the Succession Wars.   Including a drone carrier.   While it's very possible have the drone carrier, but Ferro-Fibrous armor and CASE won't be available.

Is the MUL and the RecGuide ilClans  Volume 28 both correct, this been around entire time?

As you can see, they are only available during the late succession wars in the clan homeworlds.
