I could probably create a game for the 18th of October if anyone is interested.

I'm always down to play, and am available the 18th as of now.

It is normally Misty Mountain if we meet in Madison.

Is there a regular day/evening that you meet at Misty Mountain?

We will try to play once a month or maybe twice a month.  Normally Saturdays is our game day, but Jeff is probably open to any day as long as you give him some lead time.

I am trying to play one game in West Bend for Paradigm's benefit and hopefully not scare him away.  At some point, we might be able to play a game in Beaver Dam so that he is not always driving somewhere to play.

The Misty Mountain games are generally organized by Jeff and Tango will try to organize the games for Franklin and Fort Atkinson.

If you wish to host a game, feel free to post something here.

For forces, I have a ComGuard/WOB division, two clan clusters, and a Lyran combat team for lack of a better description.
Tango has at least one clan cluster, a WOB MD division and I'm not sure where he is at with his in Inner Sphere forces.
Jeff has at least a battalion for each house, probably a clan cluster, etc etc.

The others who play are generally re-entering the game and looking forward to the Clan Invasion Crowdfunding mechs to be released.
I think we all prefer playing in a 3d battlefield, but we might have different opinions regarding the use of hexes.

Lord Cameron, I wouldn't be opposed to bringing a force in November for Battletech at Misty Mountains.  Like Scorpio said, Saturdays are best (especially since I have to come up from Milwaukee and he would come out from a similar area).  Just let me know what kind of force you would want to bring and what era you would like to play.  I can let the other Madison players know.  Generally we try to have one additional objective, whether it is extract goods, capture and hold a location, etc.

Let me know your thoughts.

Tango,

For Friday, why don't you create a force of around 17000.  I will be playing Word of Blake.  Six battlemechs and six vehicles.

My total force is 22000 if the c3i bonus is 5%, approximately 22500.

But I will only start with two units on the board, and new units can only arrive once one of my units has been destroyed or my dice roll exceeds a certain number.  I must exceed the number 14 to deploy another unit.  So basically we start with the turn number plus my dice roll.  If I roll 12 on turn 3, I can deploy another unit.

I can move around the city but I can't retreat my unit per se to a corner to give my other units time to arrive.

(Three vehicles maybe substituted for one battlemech.)
My reinforcements may arrive from any of three directions

We will be using my city mat with some buildings.  So no hexes.  No skidding rules as usual
