Alien vs Riddick...

Watching the trailer for the latest Riddick movie got me wondering who would be able to take the other down...

To be clear, I'm talking about the 'acid for blood', Ripley Alien here and NOT the ones in the trailer - they just helped me think of the question.

Thoughts?

I honestly can't call it since both are actually quite similar in many ways...

Riddick.  both are quite cunning hunters, but Riddick is also adept at "Ghosting" those who hunt him and he can do by himself what it takes several aliens to do.

Riddick may kill the alien, but he will get splashed with enough acidic blood to die himself imo.

Riddick studies his enemies enough learn to avoid the acid, plus the inclusion of his dark vision means that he doesn't have to give them a signal flare to his presence. ;)

I'm going with too close to call... And it all depends on one other item first... If the Alien got the drop on him first... Face-hugger style.

'Cause the only thing scarier than Riddick or an Alien, is one that grew in Riddick's chest...

I think that depends on whether or not the Furyian had "won" the necromonger empire.  There is the "prophecy" to consider you know.
