Hi, I had a question about the Demoralizer SPA. I was unsure when the check for this SPA is made, but it's answered here:

two units with Demoralizer. We ruled that a unit that is already Demoralized by unit A
can be Demoralized by unit B, but that the movement penalty doesn't stack. It just protects both units with that +1 TN. Did I rule that correctly?
