Question on the Ride the Wash Skill.

The attack ability forces the opponent to make a Control Roll at +3 otherwise fall 2 altitude levels - pg99.  Does this control roll include the +2 in atmosphere penalty - pg187 or do we need to add in an additional +2 for a total of +5 TN to the victim fighter's Control Roll?

On p98, the Ride To Wash SPA reduces the +2 atmospheric penalty to a +0, so it doesn't matter.

So, just to confirm.  You are saying that this line on page 98:

"A pilot with this ability reduces the unit’s Control Roll target modifiers for atmospheric combat from +2 to +0."

Reduces the control roll target modifiers for opponents fighters that do not possess the Ride the Wash SPA, regardless of if they are the target of the SPA Attack or not?

No, I was confused who was making the control roll.
The opponent would not have the +2 because the +2 is only mentioned in the context of a control roll for taking damage.  Nothing says it applies to all control rolls.
