(Answered) Simulator Pods in AToW Companion

How much do they weigh? I've been looking at making a dropship with training facilities aboard.

Ive been assuming that they weigh the same as a cockpit (3 tons) due to the mechanical "jostling" equipment and heat generators necessary to make them realistic.

3 tons works, but as you noted, we don't have published stats yet.

Well, huh! I can't believe I managed to omit all weight data from those items entirely! I mean, I see why in some cases, where the gear involved was simply software, but the pods really should have received weights to work from....

Here is some errata for you, then:

p. 190, AToW - Advanced Combat Practice Equipment Table - Add a "Mass" column between the Affiliation and Notes columns, with the following data:

Field Simulation System
Infantry Practice Mesh   5 kg
Vehicular Inhibitor Kit   —
Vehicular Holo-Projector   500 kg

Console-Based Null-Network
Console Interrupt Kit   —
Null-Network Server      250 kg
