I know Stardock has SC I and II as a pack on Steam.

Some of their stability might also be due to the fact that they've typically been on the losing end of military campaigns. They've also been invaded consistently and the Liaos have always done a decent job of painting the CC as the victims of the rest of the IS.

I finally got the alpha strike starter and was looking at the Jade Falcon artwork on the cards. It threw me off to see the delta galaxy colors with the star league logo in place of the white falcon/blue planet. At least....i'm assuming the Golden Talons are meant to be delta galaxy or some kind of elite unit under Stephanie's command. I can't seem to find much info on the Golden Talons, but now i'm leaning towards painting more of my clan mechs in these colors.

I painted my Alpha Strike Box Set clan mechs in Golden Talon colors as well, didn't come out great, but pleased I finally have some Falcons to play with.  Looking forward to adding the AML mech set that comes out in a couple years so I have some of the newer, more maneuverable Falcon mechs to complement it.

Northern California, Regiment, $690 total pledge.  No battlemats.

First shipping estimate: $257.90, including $18.70 state tax shipping (not a thing in California).

Updated shipping estimate: $167.37, including $12.13 state tax shipping.  Represents 24% of the total pledge amount.

My company regularly ships large boxes as part of our work, exclusively using FedEx and UPS to ship to the lower 48 States.  These prices are curiously....high.  Dimensions/weight/distance is a pretty simple calculus.  Regular ground shipping with tracking is reliable.  It still looks like this is a second day air rate.

Great Gaffa's Ghost, BattleCorp story.

Out of curiosity, where is it mentioned?

(I am assuming this is different from the Cameron star which presumably appears on all SLDF units)

Yeah, seriously not buying that the Confederation is the only faction in the entire game where everyone is smart enough to realize that.

I don't think it's about being smart enough, Cappies aren't smarter than average Successor State

It's just that everyone there is fully aware of the fact that other States have enough raw mass to be able to afford fighting civil wars without getting eaten by their neighbors while they don't

Does anyone know how QML will be shipping (i.e. Ground or Air)?

Will they be shipping through another company (i.e. UPS, FedEx, Post, etc), and if so who?

Last time was Ground and Fed-Ex

Also Canadian - Mine reduced...from an original Quote of $259.90 to a new $214.5, so a whole $45.

The main GST Charge has remained the same - $36.85 so gonna assume that is the government cut on the goods.

But the question is...is this is USD or CAD. It would be nice if there is some sort of explanation on that.

Because if the Shipping is USD, that $214.50 is $294.88

General BattleTech Discussion / Re: Chaos Campaign rules

You probably missed it because it isn’t there, at least if you are referring to the current, in print Alpha Strike: Commander’s Edition. The older, out of print, original Alpha Strike book had the chaos campaign material in it. The also out of print Alpha Strike companion has some addition rules for maintenance, repair, and salvage. Both those books can still be purchased as PDFs on DriveThruRPG.

Alpha Strike-compatible Chaos Campaign rules have most recently (I believe) been featured in the Battle of Tukkayid book.

Ah, I thought that!
