(Answered) DTACS from JHS: Terra Construction rules

I'm posting this here because the JHS:Terra Direct Tactical Analysis Control System is listed as Experimental and there is no JHS:Terra rules topic. :)

Page 199 of Jihad Hot Spots Terra says:

Construction Rules: The DTACS has a base weight of 3% of the Control Unit’s weight plus 150 tons per Caspar II drone it is intended to  control. Additional crew space must be allocated, equal to one crew per drone controlled.

(Emphasis mine.)

Should that be "one crew member"?

If not, is "one crew" equal to the crew size of the controlling ship or is "one crew" equal to the size of the drone being controlled?

For example, if I have an Aegis class ship equipped to control two Tiamat drone pocket warships, is the Aegis crew size (180*3=) 540 (standard Aegis crew + one Aegis crew for each Tiamat) or (180 [aegis] + 107 [tiamat] + 107 [tiamat] =) 394?

Yes, inserting "member" in that sentence will remove the confusion in the sentence.
