Title: Rasalhague Dominion - name of Dark Age internal regions

In the Dark Age maps the Rasalhague Dominion is shown as being divided into three internal regions of some kind, administered by three provincial capitals - Alshain, Rasalhague and Skandia. I'm sure I've seen the names of the three regions somewhere but I'm blowed if I can find it. I was wondering if it's possible to confirm what they are?

The Rasalhague, Radstadt and Skandia Provinces.
