(Q) Weapons? 0.49.18

Looking at some 'mechs in 0.49.18 in the unit selector, I noticed that some weapons have a (Q) next to them.  What does that mean?  I've never seen it before and the (Q) doesn't show up next to weapons in MML when building units.

I believe that refers to weapons that have a Quirk affecting them. If you've not turned on the Quirks option, it won't affect you.
