Okay me Again

Okay, where do you find what equipment is typical to each House/Clan?
I know I should search but I figure to ask you nice friendly people to steer me true.
I promise I will stop asking silly questions once I find out what I need. I also plan on doing AAR and reviews of stuff I have.

TechManual, IIRC, has intro dates which should give you an idea about the specialty weapons. Most generic weapons are pretty well spread out, with few notable noteworthies, such as the FWL's love of the LRM, Stiener's Gauss obsession, Davion's in-fiction love of all things Autocannon, and the Blood Spirits prediliction for the LRM-15 / ER Lg Laser deal.

Keep asking, whenever you want to know something, that's what the forums are there for.
You can find the units, available to each faction during the Jihad and Republic Era in the Master Unit List.

Lotsa sources. First place to look would be in a TRO's text. It'll usually tell you who builds it, who uses it, as well as some secondary users.

Another place is in any random access table(RAT) found in various sourcebooks. They should NOT be used to judge rarity, but if you want to play a faction and a unit is in that faction's RAT, it can be safely assumed that said unit can be found in that faction's armies.

Finally, you can look in the MUL. Look up any unit, and click on one of the era icons to the right. It should tell you which factions have access to that unit.

Cool. Thanks as usual Guys.

I am going to start building my units. My friend has a bunch of old, I mean old stuff. Might get lucky and even be an Unseen or two.

I know this is not the place for it but do not want to clutter the board but How did Kell get his Mech to not register on sensors? Ever explained?

I am going to inventory my stuff when I get home,house sitting for the weekend. God this house is awesome. Inground pool,3 big screeen TV one of them is even a 3D.  Only bad thing is his dog,totally hyper and spoiled Husky and he has nothing but health food no junk at all and I am in the middle of nowhere with no car.

Another great pair of resources are Field Manual: Warden / Crusader Clans.  Those are my one-stop-shop for building any Clan force.
