Jihad/WoR era naval battles

Hey guys I was just wondering are there any plans to go into detail about the various naval battles that took place during the Jihad/ WoR?  Kinda like how the trial of retribution was done between the Nova Cats and Ghost Bears. Thanx in advance for any info you can give me.

Wow thanx for the quick reply Herb [notworthy] On the same vein, since the novels did such a good job describing these battles, are there any new developments your allowed to discuss regarding new jihad-era novels?

No, I cannot discuss novels, really. Even so, it remains unlikely that we will be seeing much in the way of Jihad-era novels, because they will no longer be "timely". The universe has moved on, after all.

Thanx for the quick replies Herb.  That really is dissapointing to hear  :'(and I'm sure you feel the same.  Will there be at least some sort of historical about the jihad, perhaps something along the lines of the 4th sw atlas?

At this time, that in unlikely. The nature of the Jihad and its various events would present too many difficulties for us at this time. Historical products remain possible, but their eventual format is unknown at this time.
