I have tried to read and apply the rules of AToW to recreate a wargaming, skirmish experience (being me a fan of Battletroops).
I found the rules a verbose and messy system that is inapplicable to what I have in mind. It is perhaps me obviously. Some of you had a better experience? Some success? Have you tried some battles?
The problem with the original Battletroops was the lack of a campaign system.
