What: Battletech Grinder

Come out and drop in and play a few rounds. Pilot mechs from the most basic to advanced as you kill and be killed in an event that can only be known as... The Grinder.

Upon death, players will come back in more powerful machines to exact their revenge.

Just a quick after action here.

We had 8 players total (2 agents, 6 participants) and we got to the 2nd level of mechs for all except 1.  A lot of fire was exchanged, but the stand-out mechs were the Mongooses. Fast and with lots of guns and armor for their weight.

For these sort of open grinder like events, not ones at actual conventions, is there a fee?

No. CGL Demo Agents are not allowed to charge fees for their events.

The only difference is at conventions where CGL has a presence (eg: Gencon) and fees are typical. Demo's don't ever have fees.
