When following the force building rules, pages 110 - 112, Step 1 through Step 7 do not mention Force Organization one way or the other. Is force Organization a part of the Force Building requirement? In example, IS must build a 4 unit lance formation, Clan must build a 5 unit star formation, Comstar must build a 6 unit level II formation. A Clan player could not field two 4 unit formations for a total of 8 mechs. He must field one 5 unit formation and one 3 unit formation.
