How much heat does crawling generate?

Each movement mode in BT has its own heat generated per hex.  P. 20 of TO introduces a new movement mode called "crawling," which is half the MV of walking.  While it says that it's attack movement modifier is as if it walked, it doesn't actually set forth how much heat crawling generates.  I presume it's 1 heat per hex.  How do y'all read it?

Since a 'Mech that has crawled is assumed to have walked for the purposes of shooting its own weapons, I'd assume it's only 1 Heat for the turn, but this is definitely a good question to ask Catalyst directly Up North on the boards.
