I don´t want to derail the thread too much, but I got to break a lance for the Bears. Their passivity was the wisest move they could have done. The Vega shennanigans were a stroke of genius. By now the only Clan I don´t see at the edge of destruction are the Bears. Even the Ravens and Sharkfoxes are in more precarious positions.

By now several (IS-) generations have known nothing but the rule of Clan Ghost Bear. They have come to know them as peaceful and not any more malevolent than their former "Great House" or the Dracs before them. The Clan has become a part of rasalhagian (spelling?) history and maybe even tradition. It has assimilated. It is an IS state with a peculiar warrior caste and quirky rulership. My prediction is that they will survive while others will fail to do so. If you are a Bear fanboy thank TPTB that they gave the Clan such enlighted leadership.

I tend to gravitate more to the IS factions (FS/DC yes I know I am at war with myself  :)) ). My first pick for a Clan Faction though used to be the Wolves, yet over the years I have started liking the Ghost Bears more.

Historical: Wars of the Republic Era, man i can't wait for that to come out.  I wonder what new units were getting in it, with talk of record sheets.  Maybe missing ones like Cave Lion, and such.  Art work being gleemed out is amazing.

Era Digest: Dark Age sounds interesting, this the one that covering the 3132-3139 time period?   Hope it fun! Seeing the Swordsworn trying hold off the Liao assault will be fun, with clashes of the Highlanders & allies against Jade Falcons and such will be good read.
