Has it been announced as to how many alpha strike mech packs will be released?

I mean, depending on the number, I might go that route, or not.

I was planning on buying an introbox set in order to make a new set of convention demo mechs, 8 Liao, 8 Steiner, and 8 Marik... However, the Alpha Strike boxes are looking to contain 50% introbox mechs, anyway. Because I'd rather avoid the redundancies, I'm wondering if the number of these Alpha strike boxes to be released has been announced.

If it's 12, then I know that the 24 introbox mechs will be re-introduced, meaning that I can safely buy just the AS Lances, and not have a Third intro-box.
If it's less than, I'll just ignore the lance packs, and get the intro box again. I'd be just as well getting pewters for all the 'mechs that I'd be missing from the AS packs.

Storage is quickly becoming an issue. Shipping all my mechs overseas is costly.

There been talk wayyyyyyyyyyy in the back in the mid-part of the threat.  Until something come into focus, there nothing on the horizon yet for that.

I hate waiting, we've been waiting since June for PDFs i think, its getting foggy these days.  Hope slow down doesn't hurts things.

I wonder if we will get all five PDF's at one time or will it me spread out.  Man I just need a taste, something.  It has even been one week since the last installment of the 6 part story at Battlecorps.   Just cannot wait any longer, but I guess must.

well, some of us are a little more particular than that. I'm only really excited over ilClan and Op Revival. and Op Revival I'm mostly curious to see how much new we learn.

Pretty much where I stand on the matter too

Though I have to admit at some point it might be nice to see some new stuff in general

I am a "completist" so I am interested in it all.  Though the expected Clan focused products are what I want most, I am also curious about the Periphery Field Report.  Hopefully it provides more info regarding the Rim Worlds Republic.

Yeah, that really caught my eye as well, I hope we get a version that could be used as desktop background.

I am loving the classic Jenner and Panther looks there.  O0 Not to be contrarian, but the jumpship photo, if they had lightened it up by about 25% (that is removed shadows a bit more on the ships, not contrast) it'd look perfect. As it is, it's got way too many blobs of black covering the ships for my taste. But that's just me.

Amazing art, I do wonder what heck that JumpShip in the center is. Its not one I've not seen that before design before.  Exciting.

Sure, activity would be encouraging, but it's hard for me to work up much enthusiasm for anything but what I listed. Oh and the widowmaker book, MAYBE depending on what's in it, could be interesting. But that's more a wait-and-see.

What I do know is that it's getting hard to hold funds in reserve for battletech stuff when I could be buying more camping gear or halloween decor.

It might be one of the factory ships.

Its possible, but I doubt it.  There no way to know publically where they were construction wise building the Kaga and Yamato. The booking being 3067, they could be done with the former carrier. I wish there were stats for it.

Fair warning: While I do have advance knowledge of some projects(and no, I ain't telling), this is not one of them. If one or more factory ships show up in there, I'll be as surprised as anyone else.

Doubtful. The Handbooks are all in-universe publications set in 3067. At that point, the factory ship hulls were a top-secret project House Kurita was hiding from everyone.

I consider HBHK one of the long coming big books
Looks like progress

I may not buy it, I don't like any of the houses, but it's another hurdle out of the way for the Ilclan book....
