I think the Tribune wins the prize for sexiest-looking MHQ ever. 8)
It reminds me of a MRAP Cougar used to tolerate road-side bombs than a HQ Vehicle.  It certainly a sexy lookin vehicle.

Cave Lion is really nice, the Raider are intresting but the moblie HQ units are my favorite. Would have liked to see the DA long tom variant but over all another great set of work by CGL, now to wait for the IO alternative era beta.

I don't know for sure but I think the Foxes helped with production. I would think it available wherever Sea Fox products are sold. I've nothing canonical that I can cite though.

Is there someway to tell what is planned for hard copy?  I don't like PDFs and I don't like buying things twice. I appreciate that Catalyst can reserve the right to change their mind, but if release it planned for hard copy it would be nice to know.

Era Digest Dark Age is very informative and good product specially if you want RPG in this time frame.  I just hope we get the RS: Vehicle Annex Unabridged someday, there big holes in the Random Assignment Tables that need those units that are suppose to be from that product..

The Cave Lion was for general sale (via Sea Foxes) to other factions as well.  Given that factories were dismantled, its hard to say if it remained in production.   Its too bad the original envisioned version of the 'Mech wasn't produced later as a number #2 variant.

Quote from: Era Digest Dark Age
locked in perpetual competition with their fellow Khanates, the Tiburons were looking to expand the markets in the Great Houses for Clan origin materiel and required planet-bound factories to produce what they needed. These caveats to the deal necessitated some design changes but the Nova Cat leadership felt that if they were to avoid having to rely on the Combine, they had little choice. Khan Nostra did counter Tiburon demands for a percentage of each future Cave Lion production run, instead delaying delivery of completed ’Mechs to the Khanate for a period of nine years
Basic terms, the Tiburon fleet is selling this to Great Houses, for nice price. Cave Lion is their unique Clan item to get them to buy them.

But it may be possible that they keep those Cave Lions for themselves. The book says that RAF analysts can't explain Kev Rosse's possession of that 'Mech. And he was a Senator, after all. If those 'Mechs were on the (relatively) open market, it wouldn't be a problem.

I'll wait for the updated MUL.
I hope that the MUL Team will find time to update the availability of 'NMechs and vehicles in the Dark Age era. The last update that I have noticed are 'Mechs and vehicles from the TRO3145-Republic, but without availability. Not to talk about 'Mechs from RS3145-NTNU.

Depends on how busy the volunteers with MUL is.  I have faith in them inputting this stuff in eventually, but i think something drawing their manpower away.

It was a proprietary clan nova cat mech.

Its an awesome machine. My hope is that clan sea fox will revive nova cat military production in the protectorate.

At least cave lions and wendigo's.

That maybe generic.  It would be cool if CGL or Drive Thru RPG could utilize print-on-demand resources.  They may not be as pretty first rate publishers CGL uses to produce their books, but its beats not having it in your hands or trusting staples/kinkos to colliate/bind it it right.

Looking at the ED:DA, here's an interesting economic tidbit: The currencies that gained most ground during the hpg collapse are the bull (both Concordat and Protectorate) and the talent.  Besides the (obvious) C-Bill and Stone, Kroner and Escudo are the weakest.

Raising against the c-bill. But the c-bill has been completely devalued. Everyones currency has doubled against the c-bill. Which means the c-bill is worth half of what it was.

The cost of labor has only gone up by 10-20% (except for white collar. They are up 50%, increasing the gap there)

But the prices for everything have tripled or quadrupled.

The inner sphere is in a harsh depression right now.

Sure, after the first nine years.  Did the Nova Cats LIVE long enough to make it that nine years?  (I honestly don't know)

Against the C-Bill is the only comparison we can make, since it's the only data we have.

The C-Bill has been devalued by about half.  The talent has gained double that on the C-Bill, with the bulls doing about the same again.

Sphere-wide realms are ticking over onto their war economies again, which isn't so good, but the Marians and Calderons (and FFWL to a lesser extent) aren't so involved so things are gong a bit better for them.  Once more, it sucks to be an average person again.

Well it still works to compare the currencies to eachother.

Almost every economy has doubled against the c-bill.

So if the Kroner is up 100% and the talent is up 120% then the talent is outdoing to kroner. (But the totals are still different. The price of clan labor still has a massive advantage over inner sphere labor)

But it is not a complete economic simulation and it wont be. Because you dont know the increases in labor prices for each country. (Just all of them together) or the price of stock in each country (just all of them together.)

But it is an economic simulator.

If you a lyran that makes one kroner, then that kroner is now worth two c-bills. But the thing you want to buy with that kroner that used to cost one cbill, now costs three or four c-bills. You wages have increased. So you would now earn 1.20 kroners.

So you are now  0.80 to 1.80  kroners poorer than you were in 3100
