Highlander resculpt- mold issue or missing part?

The attachment is the chest piece that came along with the rest of the mini that I purchased recently. Is this a case of bad molding or am I missing some sort of covering for the chest plate?

It's a miscast. When you are on IWM main front page click support and fill out the form. Will send out a new torso.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll do that over the weekend. I have a few other blisters to open to examine parts for.
