(Answered) Autocannon walking Firing Mode questions
« on: 17 September 2019, 21:29:29 »
TacOps page 100.

The rules as stated say that both targets must be in adjacent hexes. My question is do the targets have to be in adjacent hexes? As stacking rules (TW pg 57-58) allowes for multiple units in a hex is it possible to walk fire between both units in the hex?

How does walking fire apply to a tractor with small or medium trailer as they count as a single vehicle?

Can walking fire be used against a single battle armor platoon?

Can walking fire be used against WiGE and/or VTOLs where one is at a higher elevation than the other?

Thanks:)

No matter what type of autocannon is being used, both targets must be in adjacent hexes and within range of the weapon.
Change to:
Both targets can be in the same hex, or in adjacent hexes but at the same level / elevation as one another. Both targets must be within range of the weapon.

Battle armor units and units with trailers are single units for this purpose and so can't be walked on as two targets.
