An Urbie for infantry hunting
Bloodhound active probe, Angel ECM for detecting BA no matter what. Reactive armor to deal with those SRM warheads. Crit packed torso, head and CT. Standard fusion engine. A full suite of laser and magshot weaponry to deal with BA and infantry up to 9 hexes. Heat neutral. Reasonable BV.

Needs Jump Jets.  If you can't run away from BA or infantry then you are just going to die to leg attacks.  Most of those weapons aren't particuarlly scary to BA or Infantry.  Magshots aren't an AI weapon.  Also I'd want a TAG to bury all those suckers in the ground.

Everyone knows urbie max speed is 2/3/3 using improved jump jets (2/3/5 with partial wing)

I could have sworn I posted one of these before, but it's not in my sig block (this one will be!).  If you're going to hunt infantry, you need to be able to keep up with Jump Packs.  As for weaponry, AOE weapons rule the day, and a Thumper Artillery Cannon solidly outranges most infantry weapons (Shrapnel Sniper Rifles change the equation a bit, but 3/4/9/15 still gets most of them).  And nothing beats a Flamer close in!  If you have an aversion to collateral damage, a Small Pulse Laser would fit just fine.

Second to this. Since it's urbie(and expected to be fight on urban area and is light weighted) it needs to have a jump jet at least.
