(Answered) Combat Inituition Cool-down

Hello,

From the Commanders Edition:

"If this unit's side wins Initiative, the unit whose pilot has this SPA can move and resolve all of its attacks during the Movement Phase, applying all damage effects immediately - before any target units can act. This ability can only be used once every 3 turns."

Lets say Pilot 1 and Pilot 2 both have this SPA.

If Pilot 1 uses the skill on turn 1, he can't use it again until Turn 4. Can Pilot 2 use their skill on Turn 2, and then again on Turn 5? Or does Pilot 2 also have to wait until Turn 4?

In short - is the cool-down shared between units?

The cool down is separate for each unit.
