Low gravity increases unit speeds with the caveat that if the unit spends more MP than its normal running/flanking MP it must make a PSR or suffer leg internal (or front with motive) damage equal to the excess MP spent.
How does this interact with units that augment the speed and thus have higher "normal" speeds? Would the low gravity PSR only trigger when the unit exceeds it MASC/Supercharger/TSM speed or is it still constrained to unaugmented run speed? Would using an augmented speed trigger the PSR/damage when exceeding normal run/flank speed?
