Sharpshooter SPA

The Sharpshooter is an improved version of the Marksman
SPA, representing a more accomplished gunner who can strike
at his enemy’s weakest points with deadly accuracy while still
delivering a powerful barrage. Similar to the Marksman SPA, if this
warrior’s unit stands still during its Movement Phase, and delivers
attack that succeeds by a margin of 3 or more, the attack receives
an additional Critical Hit check, even if the target still has armor.
Unlike the Marksman, however, this attack delivers the unit’s full
damage value at the target’s range (rather than only 1 point).

Does this mean you have to have the stand still modifier, or just not use any movement during your move phase with the unit? The reason I ask is because the stand-still modifier cannot be used by airborne units, however they can use no movement.

EDIT: I actually cannot find the rule I thought was in the book that airborne cannot use standstill. I thought since you get a +1 defensive modifier for being airborne, it wouldn't allow you to be "Stand Still".
