Field Report 2765: Capellan Confederation - the Sarna Sabers

Field Report 2765: Capellan Confederation links the Capellan Chargers, Sian Dragoons, St. Ives Armored Cavalry and Tikonov Lancers directly to various nations that existed before the Capellan Confederation. I was wondering if the Sarna Sabers mentioned in the background for the Liao Lancers were once a part of the military of the Sarna Supremacy, in the same way that the other formations were linked to the Capellan Hegemony, Sian Commonality, St. Ives Mercantile Association and Tikonov Grand Union?

On a seperate note, are the names "St. Ives Mercantile Association" and "St. Ives Mercantile League" synonymous? The two seem to be used interchangeably in Handbook: House Liao and House Liao (The Capellan Confederation), although St. Ives Mercantile League is the name that appears on the map in Handbook: House Liao.

The proto-Capellans states changed names so often it's impossible to keep track of what was named what when, really. All the names are interchangable, and there is no determinable range of time when some of the names was in use or not use. Sorry.

As for the Sarna Sabers, unknown.
