World Wide Event 2023 Game Kastle Santa Clara
Defending forces of Clan Wolf and Jade Falcon clash with a raiding team from Warrior House Hiritsu from the Capellan Confederation.
Game took about 6 turns, devolving into a close quarters slugfest with the clan mechs closing in on the Fire and Striker lances, pretty much decimating them, while only losing the lighter mechs that were being repaired on gantries on the lake. (The clear orange dice.)
First loss was on turn 2, when a Marauder II, apparently pulled a Liao-roy Jenkins and charged the clan formation without coverage. (Aka, bad mech placement and unable to reach cover due to being so slow.)
It did eat over 6 heavy large laser hits and assorted other fire in the first turn before going down in turn 2 however.
The clans lost all 3 repair gantries in the end but won overall by points. Game had to be called early due to time constraints.
