I'm glad you liked the Anzu and thanks for the feedback, as it helps me a lot. I'm looking to get a couple more out this week.

One upside of doing the Jade Hawk though; it's going to make my life a lot easier when TRO3145:Clans comes about, because you know the Shrike is top of my list.

You need to see what it looks like in the TRO? Or simply wait till its canonically released?

Deadborder can release them whenever he makes them. Though any new units/images won't be included in MM releases until they've been released and the new release moratorium has passed for the product they were in.

Both. Wanna see if there's any diff between the TRO art and the MWDA mini (which there often is) and have the stats at hand

Sadly I created a Shrike (45t ClanTech Omni) many years ago. Now it's yet another of the non-Canon names I used in the past becoming canonized :(

As a side note, IWM has a Mini for it too.  I own it, pretty on the spot same.

In the meantime I've just been telling megamek to use the Onager icon for my guesses for the Shrike stats.

I have done something similar.

I have set the MM to use the Hunchback 4P icon for the new QSM-3D Quasimodo - after all, Quasimodo is just other name for this advanced Swayback ...

No guesses as to what the Vees were gonna be? Awww. Well, here they are anyway.

First up, from TRO3145 Mercs we have the Kite Recon Vehicle, your very own slice of Angel ECM Peril. Load it up with infernos for extra yucks.

Second, from TRO3145 Marik is the Partisan AA Vehicle. Swat VTOLs for fun and profit from the comfort of your own home.

Third, from TRO3145 Liao we have the Zahn Heavy Transport. Set fire to the enemies of the Celestial Wisdom for great justice!

And last (because alaphabetical, yo) is the Zibler Fast Strike Tank from TRO3145 Davion. This icon only represents the Prime config as it's the only one illustrated to date. Other configs are on my to-do list. Srsly.

No, the 'Mech and the many-limbed monstrosity are both references to these nasty little pieces of work.

Which was what inspired my original Shrike OmniMech ~10 years ago :P

Except... my memory is failing in my middle age. I just went over to Mordel's to look it up... and the Shrike wasn't the Omni. It was an IS design in fact.

Hey mate,  just want to thank you for the whole batch of modern unit images!
Given my mekwars server is the only one set in the future, I'm more than happy to know I don't need to improvise on images to have a new look in battles as well!

Your next batch is coming right up on my next update. :)

I just hope megamek codes TSEMP and such stuff soon, so that the more exotic units may be used as well.

Cheers,

Ladob

I wonder if you could please make the Vidar tank from TRO Prototypes?
This one is already available from 3085 and on... and so I would use it right away on the next update! The Ghost Bears in the Shack are fielding them more than I expected.

Thanks in advance!

I'd been meaning to go on a TRO:Protoypes kick for some time. Thanks for giving me an incentive!

Its Tank of the Day!

And today it's the Sekhmet Assault Vehicle, which is so awesomely quasi-futuristic that I had to do an icon of it. I also admit now that this one is a lot closer to the MWDA mini then the TRO art because I was using that as my primary reference.

Have fun!

As it has such nice icon, I will have to test this tank.   :)

Let us know how it goes! I had a lot of fun with the Icon, and I think that, if nothing else, it looks cool. And that has to count for something, right?

And now the antithesis of that, the Ingis Peasant Burnination Vehicle, which I'd had on my "to do" list forver. More proof that the leaders of the RWR were allways jerks

DI Schmitt tank. Yes, I was that excited for it that I did the icon as soon as I'd DLed the TRO.

Woo.

The amount of details you managed to depict, is outstanding. Excellent adaptation of the artwork.
