Infantry Indirect Fire

The rules for infantry mortars using indirect fire are missing from the most recent edition of TacOps.  Can infantry still use indirect fire with mortars?

Also, can infantry armed with LRMs use indirect fire?

The old infantry mortar rules are on TacOps p. 108 under "Infantry," but are not in the newest edition.

There is no rules reference one way or the other for infantry units firing LRMs indirectly.
