IO:AE p. 183 states that "The maximum total increase a force's Battle Value can receive from the use of the Nova CEWS is equal to 35 percent of the force's base Battle Value." This raises two questions:
- When it says "the force's base Battle Value", does this mean the value of the entire force including units without Nova, or only the portion of the force which carries Nova?
- Since the total Battle Value gained cannot exceed 35 percent of the force's total value, if a force includes more than 7 Nova-equipped units should the 35 percent value cap be found, then subsequently divided by the number of units that have Nova and allocated to each one?
