Mail notification fails
« on: 18 July 2022, 17:18:49 »
Well I do not get any mail notifications for any subscripted threads anymore. Any problems with that known?
Years back it failed for me too but with a gmx address, now I use gmail and that worked for many years.
Checked gmail spam folder, also nothing there.

Have you checked the gmail "Updates" folder? Mine get sent there, usually. Sometimes to spam.

Nothing to find in all the gmail folders.
All I can say last notification mail received was on the 19th May. Were any changes done to the board after that?

It's a known issue, sorry for the inconvenience.

Look, dude, when you are a real mechwarrior you don't need to get all dressed up in cooling suits and cool helmets to work on your mech. You just strip down to your 1980s panties and crop top vest and start wrenchin' it.

There's nothing you can do at this time, but thank you for offering to help. The problem is being worked on. We'll let everyone know once the issue's been solved.

I think you had it, at least I got a notification mail on 22nd August for the topic "Upcoming Releases XXIV: We're about good luck here".
But by now 2 threads I watch have new post but no mails came in.
