2021 Corrected Second Printing pdf
Here are the page reference errors to TO: AR, TO: AUE, SO: AAR (Strategic Operations: Advanced Aerospace Rules - referred to as just SO in the CO pdf), CO and AS: CE pdfs I've found in the CO Corrected Second Printing pdf. Plus a couple other problems I've found while looking for page reference errors. Other pdfs used are:
- TO: AR 2020 Corrected Fourth Printing pdf,
- TO: AUE 2020 Corrected Fourth Printing pdf,
- SO: AAR 2021 Corrected Third Printing pdf,
- AS: CE 2019 Corrected Second Printing pdf (at least on p. 5 it is labeled like that; both file's name and metadata say it is actually from January 2020).
Note that:
1. putting together this report took me a good part of two days, but considering the number of references to check and amount of pdfs to check them in it is still entirely possible that I've missed penty of errors,
2. I have not checked page references to books other than TO: AR, TO: AUE, SO: AAR and CO, and AS: CE under assumption that since everything in TW, TM, AToW, AToWC, IO, and ASC rulebooks, or any other books referenced in CO remained mostly on the same pages since first release, there is a much lower chance that references to these books were broken by recent changes in core rulebooks line (not to mention that I don't have some of these "other" non-rulebooks),
3. I have not checked the table of contents and the index.
P. 7, (technically a problem with multiple pages in the book, but in my opinion easiest to fix on page 7, as explained below)
Problem: CO makes multiple references to ASC without defining this acronym.
Recommendation: Explain that ASC stands for Alpha Strike Companion. Possibly in the section dedicated to the Campaign Operations book on p. 7, in the sentence that explains that AS:CE stands for Alpha Strike: Commander’s Edition.

P. 165 SUPPLY TABLE COST (WP)
Recommendation: Change the name of the table to "SUPPLY COST TABLE (WP)".
Pp. 174-177 OPTIONS TABLE
Problem 1.: As far as I can see the table lacks an option allowing for a fight in extreme cold, without snowfall.
Recommendation 1.: Either add such option, or rename Sweltering option (p. 177) to something like Extreme Temperature.
Problem 2.: Inconsistencies and missing options involving snowfall.
Recommendation 2.: Consider removing extreme temperature effects from Moderate Snowfall (p. 177) to put it in line with and Whiteout (p. 177) options (and vice versa), explicitly say if Blizzard (p. 174) should include such effects. Either add at least Light Snowfall and Heavy Snowfall (and possibly also Sleet and/or Snow Flurries - see p. 58 TO:AR, note that Ice Storm on that page is already covered under Blizzard option on p. 174) to the table, or rename Moderate Rainfall option to just "Snowfall".
P. 175, Details columns of Dusk/Dawn option
All units suffer a +1 modifier to hit to all weapons fire (see p. 56, TO:AR, p. 157, AS:CE).
change to:
All units suffer a +1 modifier to hit to all weapons fire (see p. 56, TO:AR, pp. 62 and 157, AS:CE).
P. 175, Details columns of Heavy Rainfall option
Apply a +1 modifier to hit to all weapons fire and a +1 Piloting/Driving Skill modifier (see p. 57, TO:AR). Mud (see p. 48, TO:AR or p. 60, AS:CE) is as indicated.
should probably be changed to (compare to Light Rainfall entry on p. 176):
Apply a +1 modifier to hit to all weapons fire and a +1 Piloting/Driving Skill modifier (see p. 57, TO:AR, pp. 58 and 157, AS:CE). Mud (see p. 48, TO:AR or p. 60, AS:CE) is as indicated.
P. 176, Details column of Light Fog option
All hexes cost an extra 1 MP to enter (see pp. 58 and 157, TO:AR).
change to:
All hexes cost an extra 1 MP to enter (see p. 55, TO:AR or pp. 58 and 157, AS:CE).
P. 176, Details columns of Moderate Rainfall option
Apply a +1 modifier to hit to all weapons fire (see p. 57, TO:AR or p. 58, AS:CE).
should probably be changed to (since even Light Rainfall listed on the same page refers to p. 157, AS:CE):
Apply a +1 modifier to hit to all weapons fire (see p. 57, TO:AR, pp. 58 and 157, AS:CE).
P. 176, Details columns of Moderate Snowfall option
(see pp. 58 and 60, TO:AR or pp. 62-63, AS:CE).
should probably be changed to (compare to Blizzard on p. 174 and Whiteout on p. 177):
(see pp. 58 and 60, TO:AR or pp. 58, 62-63 and 157, AS:CE).
P. 176, Details columns of Night Combat option
A lack of ambient light degrades the ability of BattleMechs to target and hit an opposing unit. Apply a +2 To-hit
modifier to all weapon attacks.
should probably either be changed to:
A lack of ambient light degrades the ability of BattleMechs to target and hit an opposing unit. Apply a +2 To-hit
modifier to all weapon attacks. (see p. 56, TO:AR or pp. 62 and 157 AS:CE).
...or removed completely, because it essentially duplicates Under the Full Moon option on p. 177, just with WP reward limits taken from Nightfall option instead. On that note you may also want to tweak WP rewards of Nightfall and Under the Full Moon options, as it doesn't seem right that Full Moon, which is a "weaker" effect, gives a higher reward than Moonless Night or Night/Pitch Black, which are "stronger" effects.
P. 176, Details columns of Nightfall option
Use the Moonless Night and Night/Pitch Black rules (see p. 56, TO:AR or p. 62, AS:CE).
should probably be changed to:
Use the Moonless Night and Night/Pitch Black rules (see p. 56, TO:AR or pp. 62 and 157 AS:CE).
P. 177, Details column of Under the Full Moon option
Use the Full Moon rules (see p. 56, TO:AR or Night rules p. 58, AS:CE).

P. 183, Details column of Shielding option
Both sides are using the Shielding rules (see p. 17, SO or p. 172, AS:CE)
change to:

P. 215, first paragraph on the page
Tractors (see Tractors, p. 205, TW; and Vehicles, p. 17, TO:AUE)
change to:
Tractors (see Tractors, p. 205, TW; and Rail, p. 17, TO:AUE)
P. 215, second paragraph on the page
Salvage Quality Equipment Table (see p. 192).
change to:
Salvage Quality Equipment Table (see below).
P. 252 SPECIAL COMMAND ABILITIES table
Problem 1.: The table is missing a page reference in its upper right corner.
Recommendation 1.: To be consistent with how UNIT ROLES TABLE, AEROSPACE ONLY FORMATIONS TABLE, FORMATIONS TABLE, and SPECIAL PILOT ABILITIES table on pp. 249-252 are treated, add a reference to P. 83 in the corner.
Problem 2.: Berserkers ability lacks a page reference.
Recommendation 2.: Add a reference to page 83 in the Page Reference column.
P. 253 SUPPLY TABLE COST (WP)
Recommendation: Change the name of the table to "SUPPLY COST TABLE (WP)".
