Not that I'm aware of, though the Mercury probably kind of counts.

In Succession Wars era, though, it's was enough to FrankenMech a LCT-1V by using STG-3R arms, complete with machine guns, and just leave off the Stinger's jettison-capable medium laser pod.  You lose the ability to flip arms, but armor placement and weight should be identical.

Ok, that is very neat.
Thanks!  For me, it really drove home the primacy of engine cost when doing these.  Even with endo, ferro and DHS, it came in under the cost of a stock 6/9/6 or 8/12 'mech.

I'm actually debating between a trio of refits of my alter ego's STG-3R in an AtB game I'm playing right now, set in Jihad-era Niops:

First simply swaps the MGs for small lasers, and the ammo weight for a ton of armor.

Second is similar to the above, but with an SPL in the head, and an IS ERML in the arm. Also has 4 tons of armor.

Third is more radical, with 3.5 tons of Clan ferro-fibrous, three Clan MGs, a half-ton of ammo, an ER micro laser in the head, and a Clan ERML in the arm. Sourcing the parts would be a pain in the ass, but, daaaang...

Only thing is I've yet to run into infantry, so I'm not sure how much anti-infantry weapons will really be needed outside riot suppression missions where they're required, but not terribly useful.

The Tarantula is named for an arachnid, but I think I  can slip one in on a bug mech thread.  I started with the ZPH-1.  I changed the internal structure to Endo-Composite, swapped out the the cockpit out with a small cockpit, and switched to an XL Gyro.  I than upgraded the medium lasers to medium X-pulse lasers, moved the streak 2 and ammo to the head, and added an additional 1/2 ton of armor.

Overview:
One of the oldest BattleMech designs in use in the Inner Sphere, as well as one
of the smallest, the Stinger has seen inroads as a cheap and available training
'Mech, due to its simple nature and, despite its cramped cockpit, ease of
piloting.


While the common STG-3R finds its place in frontline units, militias and
training facilities across the Inner Sphere, and the less common but better
armed and armored STG-3G serves a bit more often in combat units, the
predations of the Succession Wars showed the need for a 'Mech that could not
only serve as a training 'Mech, but an incindiary 'Mech as well.  Debuting in
2966, the STG-3F Stinger would serve these roles.


Capabilities:
Like the STG-3G, the STG-3F Stinger reduces weapons payload by a ton to improve
armor protection.  Unlike the 3G, however, the STG-3F carries a Zippo flamer in
its left arm instead of a second medium laser, mounted under the 'Mech's left
forearm.  With a wide field of fire (Editor's note: I see what you did there),
the arm-mounted flamer provides the STG-3F with a weapon useful for clearing
forests, starting fires to produce smoke for concealment, removing brush in
advance of friendly infantry and vehicles and, perhaps most dubiously, opposing
enemy infantry with excessive force.


In a training role, the STG-3F also serves to familiarize Mechwarrior trainees
with the use of a flamer and incidiary tactics, without using the far more rare
and valuable Firestarter, preserving them for frontline roles, or the more
difficult to pilot Flea, itself an uncommon BattleMech.


Deployment:
The STG-3F is not manufactured anywhere, instead resulting from modified STG-3R
and STG-3G Stingers.  Modifying the STG-3G is straightforward, merely swapping
the left arm medium laser for the forearm-mounted flamer, whereas modifying the
STG-3R is nearly as involved as producing a STG-3G.


Given, however, that these are still Stingers, the STG-3F can be found in small
numbers in militia and training academies across the Inner Sphere and Periphery.

Yep, that's the armor layout in RS3039 Unabridged. Personally, I'd usually prefer a point off each side torso rear and 2 more in the head, but I wanted to keep it as close to the canon STGs as I could.

Yeah, I was little surprised myself when I saw that in MegaMek and pulled up my RS3039 PDF to verify. I mean, I get it, they're trying to maximize torso protection a make it so a small laser can't breach a rear side torso, and skimping on head armor is usually OK since it's much less likely to be hit, but being able to be headcapped by a PPC makes me nervous.

We always made our Super Stingers by hand back in college, so the armor placement was MUCH more logical.

It isn't bugs that have to worry about things like that.
Ever pilot a RFL-3N Rifleman? You can get PPC head-capped in that as well...

The RFL-3N is its own issue, and probably would have been better served with AC/2s instead of AC/5s, so it had better ammo endurance and two more tons of armor.

OK, next up are a couple of partial wing experiments.  First off was a Wasp, with a standard cockpit, speed reduced to 5/7/5, plus two jump for the partial wing for 5/7/7.  Why 5/7?  Because of 60 points of hardened armor.  Emphasis here was on durability, but the loss of a side torso screws it from a mobility perspective, at which point a light fusion engine isn't that much more of a risk.  No small cockpit, since you're already at +1 for piloting, which leaves only a single ton for weaponry.  My choice: an ER medium laser.  Appearance-wise, I think of it as a follow-up to the primitive WSP-1 Wasp.

Second up is one where I went with as much weight savings as possible, right up until I ran out of critical spaces.  The only other change I could make is going with composite internal structure and a ferro-fibrous type armor (or commercial! ;D).  Goal here was as much mobility as possible, so 200-rating XL engine, 10 standard jump jets, and a partial wing, for 10/15/10 (12) movement.  Like the Wasp, a single ERML is the only weapon.  Since I was going small cockpit anyway, and XL gyro, making it a Stinger and mounting all the jump jets in the side torsos with the XL engine and partial wing crits seemed logical, as did a whole-head ejection pod.

Hmmm... given the heat problem for the Stinger, you might want to consider an ER Small instead, and max the armor.  Other than that, I LOVE the idea of a 'mech that jumps 12! O0

An ERSL and more armor is a valid option, but it means closing to 6 hexes to hit anything, which can be dangerous, and perhaps offset the extra armor. Would a standard ML be a safer bet?  I almost went with TAG, but having no offensive weapons at all worries me.
