Unit is selected at random in MM 0.43.3

I have been using MM 0.43.3.  I have an issue with the unit selection.  A unit is selected at random and I cannot select another unit.  Which setting(s) do I need to change?

Are you using Individual Initiative? If so turn it off, you can't select another unit with that turned on.
