Robotic units can get confused when exposed to ecm per interstellar ops. Would the 7 tons of communications gear required to act as an ecm ghost targeting similarly confuse a drone (potentially shutting it down or turning it berserk), or only provide a to-hit penalty per the tac ops ghost targeting rules.
