I am looking at a 3+ person game tomorrow night and they probably aren't going to want to be on teams. How would I handle Initiative in a 3 or 4 side battle? I played in a grinder (which I wouldn't mind a set of actual rules/scenario for if it isn't proprietary) with 7 others once but that was in 2016 at Origins and can't remember how they were handling it.
