Accurate Weapon quirk and Cluster Weapons?

Am I getting this right? The cost is 1 point / every 5 points in a single damage value grouping, which means all LRM’s are 1 point as a single damage value grouping is 5 points of damage?

Granted, my copy of the BMM is pretty old (Mad Cat cover).
