How to calculate BV2 for bunkers, gun emplacements, redoubts,...

Unfortunately I didn´t find the right book to build some bunkers and redoubts (hardened buildings with turrets on top containing various wepaons) and calculate the BV2 for these.

Can anyone help me out?
