Page 49 says that every unit except infantry and battle armor can take critical hits. It then says if a critical hit effect doesn't apply that the unit takes 1 additional damage.
There is a dispute on what that means. My reading is that infantry and BA do not take an additional 1 damage because they are not subject to critical hits or their effects. However, others are arguing that because there are no effects that can be applied the infantry/BA automatically take the 1 additional damage.
Who is correct?
