Inspired by
Speedbump's recent take and my own
earlier attempts, I decided to try going for another Primitive/Retrotech take on the Phoenix Hawk.
Some of my design decisions might seem...odd, especially my weapons placement. But there's a method to my madness: concentrating the weapons in the head and legs allows them to be fired at the same time as a handheld weapon, which I envisioned this Phoenix Hawk using. With a 4.5 ton carry capacity, I figure your best bet is either a Light AC/2 with a half-ton of ammo, getting you around 22 shots, or a fourth medium laser with 3 heat sinks and a half-ton of armor.
