Shrapnel- Where to download with subscription
« on: 01 July 2022, 09:42:38 »
Hi all,
Maybe my google fu is failing me, but I can't find where to get Shrapnel #9, with my subscription. I have my receipts, which renewed for the year (2022), and I got #8 just fine (maybe in March-ish 2022).

Every other time I think I just went to store.catalystgamelabs, and went to that order and downloaded my product.  Now, if I go to that order, no material is linked to it.
If I go through my downloadable content, it is not there either.  Is there somewhere else I should be looking?  I got desperate and even went back to my crowdox backer account.
Still have some other fiction I'm reading, but not for long.

Any help would be appreciated for a pointer to where to look, or if I've looked in the appropriate place (this is #9, seems like I had it down to this point), if you could confirm that, and I'll elevate to support.

Thanks in advance

It should be under Downloadable content> Order #####   BattleTech Shrapnel magazine one-year subscription

The latest volume is added to the bottom of the order but you might have to scroll down a bit to find it.

while I have a receipt for it, it is not showing in my account under downloadable content... I wonder if somehow its linked to another account or something.
Which is odd, because I can see the 'manage my subscription' under this account.
