And next year we'll get to go through this all over again with XFL 2.0.   ::)
I have spoken.

if by go through it you mean we'll (probably) be alive while it's happening. Our experience in this thread with AAF was pretty much like the overall google search trend

unless the XFL can secure big advertising dollars or some sort of line of credit that won't pull the rug until projected theoretical profitability, vince will regret selling those WWE shares to buoy the coffers.

It's a shame.  I liked some of the rules innovations.  Even more, I was honestly entertained by the games I watched.

Heh, they just released the full schedule so each team reporter for ESPN guessed at their team's records. There were only 6 reporters that went with losing records for their teams and half of those were 7-9. Even the professionals are overly optimistic.

humans probably started dabbling in the predictions business since the day after achieving sentience and we're still remarkably bad.

the one that will always stick with me was the broncos - panthers matchup where espn had the entire lineup of suit-clad gasbags on a piece of astroturf for the pregame prediction and exactly one out of ten or twelve picked the broncos by double digits.
