All good plans, but I can only hope the WoB doesn't move before they come to fruition...

So at the next Star League council meeting, will the other member states be made aware of the hidden world of the WOB?   If it's revealed could that also convince the other states to look into their own borders?

  Outreach

General Maeve Wolf held Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion's reply in hands. She had already read the message but passed it to Colonel Kelly Yukinov, commander of Alpha Regiment, who read it and then passed it to Colonel Shelly Brubaker, commander of Delta Regiment, who did the same passing it to Colonel J. Elliot Jamison, commander of Zeta Battalion, who also read it. The message read:

To: General Maeve Wolf, commander Wolf's Dragoons
From: Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion

Your message was received and it filled my heart with sadness to hear of the massive losses suffered by your Dragoons. After considerations of your request for advanced medical needs of your wounded, I feel it is best if you bring your wounded and civilians to Epsilon Eridani where they can link up with a command circuit. From there, they will be transported to the Outer March and the planet Bamburgh. The main hospital on the planet is fully equipped with Clan Technology and the personnel to use it. The Federated Commonwealth will pick up the medical bills for all of the Dragoon's wounded and their housing and care.

The next request will be harder for you to accept but I hope you do. I am sure your combat personnel feel a rage and desire revenge on the Word of Blake. But under the current conditions I feel that to try and retaliate on your own would do more harm than good. As such, I request your combat forces travel to Bamburgh for refit. The AFFC will help defray the expenses for the refit's. I promise you, the Dragoon's will have their revenge soon.

  Victor Steiner Davion

"I don't see how we can refuse Prince Davion. Jaimie and a lot of the wounded need exactly the kind of treatments Clan Hospital's, the same as the ones we had on Outreach. If he was not in a medically induced coma, he would agree with me." Colonel J. Elliot Jamison said, even though in his heart he wanted to take his Battalion right for Gibson and rip the hearts from every WoB member he could find

"I am surprised to hear you say that Colonel Jamison, I expected a fight from you." General Wolf stated

"Never said I liked the idea, but with access to Clan Tech, we might be able to save and return most of the wounded to active duty." Colonel Jamison said

"Outer March, that is Prince Davion's golden boy, Duke Scott Mitchell's area. Wolfnet never was able to get on to Mackolla, the Outer March's capitol world. That place is sealed up tight with stricter controls than even we had established here on Outreach. I say we take the deal and make the move." Colonel Kelly Yukinov said

"I vote to accept the Princes offer." Colonel Shelly Brubaker said

General Maeve Wolf just nodded to her gathered commanders before leaving to give the orders to make the jump to Epsilon Eridani. She just hoped she could keep the Dragoon's from being absorbed by the Federated Commonwealth.

  Taussen/Versailles

Elementals and Battle Armored troops had finally secured the massive manufacturing facilities buried in the huge mountain complex. It was estimated that 25% of the huge facility had sustained damage. Word had arrived from New Avalon that 8 Infantry Regiments would be arriving to bolster security within 2 weeks.

In orbit, a heated argument between MDF Admiral Stacey Hamilton and SLDF Admiral John Nelson over who had rights to the WoB warships ended when a message from Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion claiming the warships for the AFFC arrived. Neither commander was really happy at the news, but the issue was settled. Admiral Stacey Hamilton did not spout off that at least the MDF or MAS would get quite a salvage fee along with a ton of cash repairing the captured warships.

WoBS Coventry, Tharkad Class Battlecruiser- Severe Damage
WoBS Invincible, Tharkad Class Battlecruiser- Severe Damage
WoBS Gallery, Commonwealth Cruiser- Severe Damage
WoBS York, Commonwealth Cruiser- Severe Damage, Transit Drives destroyed
WoBS Ironwood, Aegis Cruiser- Severe Damage, Jump Drive destroyed

But Admiral Stacey Hamilton had been with the MDF and MAS for a long time now, she had ordered her chief engineer aboard each WoB ship and downloaded complete design specs for each ship, plus she knew Demeter would do an even more detailed download and possibly reverse engineer most if not all the ships for possible construction later.

  Demeter

Luval had received the priority HPG message from Boss and already he was constructing 10 of the massive 2 million ton shipyards to handle the AFFC's warship order. He was also massively increasing his Germanium Processing, Transit Drive Factories, Jump Core Factories to meet the added demand. He also contacted Pattonsburg and had them prehire the entire next graduating class of ship builders and factory workers.

  Taurus

The declaration of war by the Federated Commonwealth on the Word of Blake and anyone supporting them had shaken Grover Shraplen to his core. Already protests were erupting across the Taurian Concordat against the Word of Blake. Worst of all, Marshal Baron Cham Kithrong had taken the VI Corps and broken away from the Taurian Concordat, further weakening his tenuous hold on power. Six worlds had broken away forming the Calderon Protectorate. In response, he ordered a complete trade embargo with the breakaway worlds.

  Chaine Cluster

Clan Jade Falcon forces under Galaxy Commander Amelia Icaza had a secure hold on the 7 worlds of the Cluster. She had finally given the order for her 1st Falcon Hussars, rebuilt with Isorla from various Clan's during harvest trials to take Far Reach.

 Taussen/Versailles

MAS Wrench Works and MAS Fix All, both Rescue Yardships, arrived in system and immediately began heading for the damaged ships after dispatching their Elephant Tugs to begin shifting the ships into a close in pack to allow easier repairs once started. Already initial damage estimates had been transmitted to both Yardships and Demeter proper, which was already preparing a shipment of needed supplies, along with 2 Salvage Yardships to assist in recovery of the warships.

Admiral Stacey Hamilton took overall command of the space around Taussen/Versailles and released the SLDF back to Star League control with Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion's permission and thanks.

Infantry Reinforcements from the AFFC were 5 days away.

  Panpour

Challenge Systems had finally completed their damage assessment and it was not good. Two Germanium Processing factories were destroyed and another badly damaged, this cut the output in half until they could be replaced or repaired. Four Shipyards had been destroyed outright and another 2 were being classified as destroyed, the damage was so bad. Three other Shipyards had been damaged enough they would have to be taken offline until repairs were completed. One Jump Drive Factory was destroyed outright, and the 2 damaged were being listed as destroyed, the damage deemed to bad to repair.

Personnel losses were heavy even while conducting emergency evacuations, over 400 personnel were lost to debris impacts while in escape shuttles. Overall, Challenge Systems and Jalastar lost over 1100 highly skilled personnel. Estimates placed restoration to 100% at just over a year.

  Bamburgh

A very heavily guarded convoy departed the "hidden" ex-SLDF base and headed for the planets primary space port. Two Companies of Mechs escorted the convoy. Orders had come from Duke Mitchell to transport the contents to the space port where 2 Lee Armor Dropships were waiting on the ground while 2 Titan II Dropships and their air wings waited in orbit to escort the Lee's to the awaiting Monolith LF.

News of the attacks on the Federated Commonwealth had increased enlistment on Bamburgh and the planets Military Academy was hard pressed to take them all in. Ad Hoc training cadres had been established for Infantry, Armor, Marines and Battle Armor troops. The Battle Armor training was only open to trained Infantry personnel but Bamburgh did not lack for trained Infantry at all. Already 3500 trained Infantry were undergoing Battle Armor training.

  Solaris

When the large emergence signatures were detected at both the Nadir and Zenith jump points, chaos reigned supreme as numerous jumpships plotted emergency jumps out of the system. At the Zenith jump point, the ex-FWLS Impavido and ex-FWLS Janos Marik, both Impavido Destroyers emerged escorting 9 Invader Jumpships which carried the 31st Marik Militia and supporting arms. The 31st Marik Militia had been co-opted by the WoB over a year ago.

At the Nadir jump point, the ex-FWLS Phrygia emerged escorting 3 Star Lords carrying the WoB's 21st Division. At both jump points, a cloud of dropships began their burn for the planet.

  New Kyoto

The defending 32nd Lyran Guards RCT was already on a higher alert status due to hostilities against the Federated Commonwealth so were already in prepared positions when the enemy ships arrived at a pirate point only 2 days from the surface. The commanding officer ordered the unit's supply officer to cut off the water supply from the civilian sector and switch to the stored water in the units emplacements.

Two days later on 3 May, the 51st Dark Panzer Jaegers landed to find over 75% of the defending 32nd Lyran Guards RCT dead and the remaining almost dead. WoB agents had long ago poisoned the sealed water supplies of the planets defensive strong points.

  Rahne

When the mercenary unit Carson's Renegades made landfall, they found the 1st and 2nd Battalions of the 7th Donegal Guards already dead. WoB agents had released a nerve agent that took the defenders by surprise. The mercenary unit was able to make quick work of the remaining militia troops.

Solaris is straight screwed.

New Kyoto didn't test the water first??

Rahne is just going to ratchet up the hate for the WoB everywhere...

First Lord Katherine Steiner Davion walked into the High Council Chambers and as she took her seat at the head of the large conference table, she frowned at the empty seats. The seats for the Free Worlds League, Taurian Concordat, Circinus Confederation were vacant. But she also knew deep down that this meeting would not have been kind to any of them. "This emergency High Council Meeting is now in session, Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion, you have the floor since it is your realm that has bore the brunt of the attacks upon it."

Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion stood from his seat "Thank you First Lord, members of the High Council, as you are all aware, the Federated Commonwealth has been attacked by the Word of Blake. Basing from the Free Worlds League, Taurian Concordat and even the Circinus Confederation. As such, the Federated Commonwealth is now in a state of war with the Word of Blake and every nation that supports them.

Federated Commonwealth forces have suffered attacks from nuclear weapons, reports are just now coming in that chemical weapons were used on the world of Rahne causing an unknown number of casualties. In response to the wide spread use of weapons of mass destruction, I have ordered the deployment of my nations nuclear stockpile but currently orders are for anti ship use only. But I have authorized orbital bombardment of military targets where civilian casualties can be minimized but preferred if they can be avoided. We have already seen that the Word of Blake and possibly their allies have no such qualms about using them whenever or however they desire.

Outreach has been declared a dead world by the surviving Wolf's Dragoons. Though the Federated Commonwealth or Federated Suns long ago ceded the world to the Dragoon's, we have always considered the people there as our very own. Over 25 million people lost their lives on Outreach at the hands of the Word of Blake. Though the attacks have so far been confined to the worlds of my nation, I fear that the Word of Blake and her allies might strike at any nation allied with the Federated Commonwealth. I therefore call upon the Star League and fellow member nations to support the Federated Commonwealth against the Word of Blake and it's allies."

When he finished, Victor sat back down and began reading the non-stop information flow coming to his notepad from his advisors. He only stopped when Khan Santin West stood up and began to speak.

"Fellow Council Members, Clan Nova Cat stands with the Federated Commonwealth for however long this matter takes. I propose we call a vote on this matter immediately." Khan West said as he took his seat again

Magestrix Emma Centrella cleared her throat and without rising began to speak "The Magistracy of Canopus is horrified at the blatant killing of civilians and use of chemical weapons by the Word of Blake. It appears I have erred badly in my judgement of them. In response, I will communicate to my forces at home to begin taking Word of Blake personnel into custody and request the Star League's assistance in both rounding up WoB personnel but in also maintaining our HPG network."

"Thank you Magestrix Centrella, I am sure the Star League can assist your nation. There is a motion on the floor, do we have a second?" First Lord Katherine Steiner Davion asked

"The Capellan Confederation will second the motion First Lord." Chancellor Candace Liao stated

"The motion is seconded and now open to a vote." First Lord Katherine Steiner Davion said

For Star League Assistance against the Word of Blake and Allies

  Federated Commonwealth
  Clan Nova Cat
  Capellan Confederation
  Draconis Combine
  Magestracy of Canopus
  Free Rasalhague Republic
  Outworlds Alliance

"The vote is unanimous, since the Federated Commonwealth will be on the very front line, I am directing the SLDF and member nations that might contribute forces to coordinate with the Federated Commonwealth on movements and targets. The Star League administered command circuits are hereby authorized to fully support military movements by member nations. It is also hereby ordered that all communication into or out of the Free Worlds League, Circinus Confederation and Taurian Concordat is hereby cut off and under interdiction." First Lord Katherine Steiner Davion said

Victor cleared his throat and waited until Katherine nodded to him "Thank you First Lord and my fellow Council Members. I must make this revelation. Not long ago, my nation discovered a hidden world within our borders operated by the Word of Blake. But it goes much further than that, this world was removed from Star Maps by Comstar itself centuries ago. AFFC forces have already seized this very world, but I fear that there might be other worlds hidden within every respective realm. As such, I have ordered Federated Commonwealth forces to begin an extensive survey of world within our borders or near periphery. The Federated Commonwealth will also make available a pre-Amaris Coup Star Map to the Star League and Members here so that every nation can verify lost worlds are relocated and checked."

Except this Star Map will be slightly modified with no mention of Mackolla on it. Danged if I will reveal it's exact location to anyone this easily. Victor thought to himself.

The next 4 hours revolved around which member nation was willing to contribute military forces and exactly what forces.

the TC and FWL and the CF.  Well it has been nice knowing you, so does Scott make a run though the TC 1st or 2 front (FWL and TC) dividing his forces and crushing his enemies before him.
How long will the TC military stand with the leadership and WOB before someone removes Grover in attempt to end this total war tactic Scott will be running.  Or will the TC stay loyal and will this be TC vrs SL round 2 with scorched earth tactic on both sides?  If so the TC will not remain in anything more then a name is history.
CF you might have time to think about who you sided with

SLDF Commanding General Crocus and Commanding Admiral Beresick knew today's meeting would not be a very enjoyable one. Both watched as the High Council Members took their seats and then everyone stood as First Lord Katherine Steiner Davion entered the room and gestured everyone to their seats as she took hers.

"General Crocus, Admiral Beresick, I have asked both of you to attend this meeting today to bring all of us up to speed on the sabotage of ships of the SLDF by unknown personnel. So, if you would begin." First Lord Davion said

Admiral Beresick stood and walked to the podium before them. "The SLDF navy suffered sabotage on 28 vessels at the beginning of the WoB assaults on the Federated Commonwealth. We also put down 4 attempts at outright seizing vessels. Questioning of the few survivors has made it clear that they were WoB ROM agents. Of the 28 vessels sabotaged, 20 are already back in service, of the remaining 8, 4 have heavily damaged jump cores which will require replacement, 2 lost their helium seals and 2 had their computer systems infected with a virus that wiped out everything on them and will require complete replacement of all computer hardware.

Currently SLIC (Star League Intelligence Corps) is conducting a review of every member of the Star League Navy.  This will be time consuming, to say the least. Currently, I would be hesitant to release our warships until the security review is done."

This caused the gathered High Council Members to stir, Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion was the first to speak. "So your telling me that you, Admiral Beresick, do not have confidence in your people and don't know who to trust at all? The squadron that assisted the AFFC recently performed superbly, what made them different?"

Admiral Beresick looked as though he bit into the sourest lemon ever as he answered "That particular squadron was fully manned by personnel with ZERO connection to former Comstar personnel sir. From the lowly crewman to the senior officers, not one of them were ever in Comstar. They were all recruited into the SLDF."

"So, what your saying is anyone who was a former member of Comstar is a security risk of the highest order. Just wonderful. Now I wonder how this effects the SLDF ground forces." Prince Victor asked

General Crocus stood and walked to the podium to stand beside Admiral Beresick. "The SLDF Army has of yet not had any incidents, but it does give me caution. I can say the 11th Army is 100% loyal as is the 250th Battlemech Division." General Crocus held up his hand before Prince Davion could respond "Yes Highness, 90% of the 11th Army and all of the 250th Battlemech Division have no connection to Comstar at all. As for deployments to assist the Federated Commonwealth, I plan to deploy the 250th Battlemech Division from Tukayyid and the 473rd Division and 474th Division from the 11th Army here on Terra. Terra's garrison will consist of the 472nd, 475th and 476th Divisions.

Now that Clan Ghost Bear is not really deemed a threat, I will be shifting the SLDF Divisions along their borders to the area around Terra proper."

Khan Bjorn Jorgensson spoke this time "Currently, Clan Ghost Bear finds itself in a difficult position. With Clan Coyote moving into Clan Wolf space, I feel my Clan must currently see to it's immediate defense. We will ensure Clan Wolf and Coyote do not take advantage of the situation but I will assign the Ursa Minor, York Destroyer along with my Zeta Galaxy to assist Archon Prince Davion and the Federated Commonwealth."

Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion nodded at the assistance being given to him.

After several hours of meeting, Prince Davion invited most, but not all back to the Davion Estate for a working dinner.

Seated around the large dinner table were Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion, Chancellor Candace Liao, Kia Allard Liao, Khan Bjorn Jorgensson, Khan Santin West, Coodinator Theodore Kurita and First Lord Katherine Steiner Davion.

Victor stood up to get everyone's attention "Thank you for joining me, I asked you all here for closer talks about what is currently planned. I have already discussed some things with my sister First Lord Katherine, so I will bring you all up to speed. First, the Federated Commonwealth is marshaling forces for our counter attack on the WoB and it's allies. It will take time to marshal the needed forces and I have so far restricted my forces to limited counter attacks and defensive operations. I have April 3067 planned for the kickoff of our general offensive against the WoB.

Second, I have granted Duke Scott Mitchell permission to conduct long term operations against the WoB. He is already assembling his needed forces in the Outer March. This operation will last many years possibly. I would like to see all of us support this operation, for we cannot allow the WoB to re-establish itself anywhere else. Plus I plan to task them with the mission of locating any more hidden worlds the WoB might have around. I plan to attach the following forces to his command to ensure the success of this mission:

  6th Davion Guards RCT
  1st Argyle Lancers
2nd Battle Squadron, 4th AFFC Fleet

Khan Jorgensson, I plan to attach your forces to this mission if you have no objections to it."

Before Khan Jorgensson responded, Khan West spoke up "I will be assigning Clan Nova Cat's Xi Galaxy and Enlightened Naval Star to Duke Mitchell's mission."

Khan Jorgensson nodded before speaking "If Clan Nova Cat trust's this Duke Mitchell with their warriors, then how can Clan Ghost Bear not trust Duke Mitchell with theirs. I have no objections Prince Davion."

Coordinator Theodore Kurita spoke next "The Draconis Combine cannot currently send forces to assist Duke Mitchell, but we will provide 6 Regiments of Mechs and 2 warships to assist your AFFC forces in the general offensive Prince Davion."

Chancellor Candace Liao looked at Kai Allard Liao who spoke "The Capellan Confederation will assist the AFFC in their general offensive. We will also provide material support to Duke Mitchell's mission if he needs it."

First Lord Katherine Steiner Davion spoke next "I will see that the SLDF assigns the warship squadron that helped the AFFC last month to Duke Mitchell's mission. We will also assist in getting Clan Ghost Bears forces to Duke Mitchell as soon as possible. That is all I can promise at this time until SLIC completes their security examinations of the SLDF rolls."

The rest of the evening was spent going over the planned AFFC general offensive.

 1 June 3066
   Bamburgh

Duke Scott Mitchell was at the space port as the Dragoon Dropships carrying the survivors and wounded landed. Awaiting them was a small army of doctors and medics along with a large fleet of ambulances waiting to rush the wounded to the large hospital complex.

He watched as the doctors and medics conferred with the Dragoon doctors and medical personnel as the ambulances were loaded and began the journey to the hospital complex for treatment. Finally, a Dragoon doctor approached. "I am Major Zack Brandley, I am the ranking Dragoon officer and medical officer. On behalf of Wolf's Dragoons, I thank you for the use of your medical facilities."

"No need to thank me Major. Your people were wounded fighting the WoB, it is the least I can do. How is Commander Wolf?" Duke Mitchell asked

"We still have him in a medical induced coma. He has suffered extensive internal damage, lost his right hand and is suffering from radiation poisoning." Major Brandley replied

"I have ordered him transferred to my dropship along with some of the more seriously wounded. I will transport them to Mackolla for treatment there. The hospital here will treat the others. You are welcome to join us Major Brandley." Duke Scott Mitchell said

Major Brandley looked over as Colonel Jamison, commander of Zeta Battalion approached. He took a step back once Colonel Jamison reached them.

"What is the meaning of having Commander Wolf and others loaded onto another Dropship instead of heading for the hospital?" Colonel Jamison demanded

"I am having them transported to Mackolla to another hospital Colonel. Now, might I inquire as to who you are exactly?" Scott asked

"Colonel J. Elliot Jamison, commander of Zeta Battalion, which is preparing to unload right now to see to our peoples security. Who are you?" Colonel Jamison said as he swelled up some, then tried to calm down as the huge Elemental slightly behind this man took a step forward and he suddenly wished he was in his Stalker.

"I am Duke Scott Mitchell, Duke of the Outer March. Your on my territory Colonel so you might want to calm down. Your people are quite safe here, I assure you. I have a full squadron of warships over this planet right now. You may disembark your troops and I will have one of my officers direct your people to suitable quarters and maintenance bays. Now, before I take Commander Wolf and the other wounded to Mackolla, is there anything your people need immediately?" Scott asked

"With our factories destroyed on Outreach, replacing our equipment losses will be impossible. We are already critically short on repair parts." Colonel Jamison responded with a slightly more respectful tone

"I am sure we can handle your needs Colonel. I will have Craig, he runs my design and production facilities here on Bamburgh contact you. Show him the respect he deserves Colonel and you will be amazed at what we can do." Scott replied as he turned to board his awaiting Dropship for the ride into orbit and the awaiting Jumpship at the pirate point.

Scott looked up from playing with Melissa Lorraine as Twyla walked into the room after a long day of conferring with other doctors about Jaimie Wolf's medical care. He handed Melissa off to Anne who handled the child with a gentleness you would never expect from a hulking Elemental. He sat down on the couch beside Twyla.

"Commander Wolf will recover. It will be a long healing process but he should make a complete recovery. We are already growing another hand to replace the one he lost. The radiation poisoning will take a long time to defeat but everyone is confident it can be done." Twyla answered the unasked question

"Good, I never met the man, but I have heard some amazing stories about him." Scott replied as he sank deeper into the plush couch, deep in thought.

"How long do you expect to be gone when you leave?" Twyla asked

"It could be years dear. I am not sure. But I do know we are going to take some heavy casualties. So I had Boss design a hospital ship. I have 3 being built right now. Each able to transport and care for 3,000 wounded. I am also having the few Condor Dropships we still have converted to the Dove design the AFFC has used in the past. Each hospital ship is being outfitted with the very best medical equipment we can provide them. Sooner or later we will be a long ways from truly safe locations for our wounded to be easily transported." Scott said

"You will be careful won't you? Don't take risks that don't need to be taken?" Twyla asked

"I promise you, I will come back to you and Melissa. Now, you have had a long day so let's go to be." Scott said as he stood and helped Twyla to her feet.

Colonel Jamison looked at the man approaching him. He carried a clipboard and walked with a fast pace, damn pencil pusher, Jamison thought to himself. He stood as the man reached him.

"Colonel Jamison I presume? I am Craig, Duke Mitchell ordered me to see about your equipment and material needs." Craig said

"About time, it has been several days already. Here is the list of my material needs I had my techs assemble, I doubt you can provide most on that list, but we will make do with whatever you can provide." Colonel Jamison said handing over the several pages, which Craig took and flipped thru them quickly.

"No problem, I will have the material on this list to you within a day." Craig said as he placed the list on his clipboard.

"Son, a lot of that stuff is Clan Tech." Colonel Jamison said

"I realize that. Obviously, you have not heard of us or been paying close attention. We can not only provide you with Clan Tech parts, but we can provide Clan Omni Mechs, which we build here on Bamburgh. Wolf's Dragoon's are no longer the only game in town when it comes to Clan Tech Colonel." Craig retorted

Colonel Jamison was taken aback slightly, he had heard rumors that the AFFC was fielding Clan Tech, and that forces assigned to the Outer March fielded Clan Tech, but he had always assumed it came from trade with Clan Nova Cat. Now this guy was telling him that they actually BUILT the stuff right here. Well shit, how about that.

Before he could respond, Craig spoke again. "I wonder if I might trade you for a couple of designs you field. I am interested in them."

"Trade me for what? You actually think I would trade any of my mechs for something in return? Are you crazy?" Colonel Jamison asked

"Yes, I would like a Marauder II, Shogun and Gallowglas. You have 4 Marauder II, 2 Shogun and 4 Gallowglas. I would like one of each. In return, I will provide you with 2 Supernova and 2 Kingfisher Omni Mechs." Craig said

Colonel Jamison was a little stunned, for 3 of his mechs, he was being offered 4 Clan Mechs in return. Powerful ones at that. "What exactly are you going to do with these mechs, if I might ask?"

"I plan to tear them apart and reverse engineer them of course. I know Blackwell Industries was destroyed, and since those mechs were pretty exclusive to Wolf's Dragoons, I plan to put them into production. It is a fair trade Colonel Jamison." Craig said

"I need to think on this Craig. Give me a day to think it over." Colonel Jamison said

The updates have been great!  Glad to see the Star League member states ramping up against the WoB.  I wonder if the WoB has any targets against the Clan Ghost Bear and the Draconis Combine?

So how many units will the Wolf Dragoons be able to refit with the assistance of Duke Mitchell and the factories in the Outer March?  Will they help in the hunt for WoB forces?

With six more months between "now" and the hunt kicking off, I think they'd have to forcibly restrain the Dragoons from joining in.  Not that Scott would, of course...  ^-^

Hey 2ndAcr,

You might be planning this anyway, but a recap of all forces with Scott might be helpful at some point. Especially if the Dragoons can have a few months to get some wounded back into service and go along.

I hope the Dragoons realise that they can just license the damn designs to Mackolla.
That way every one of them built makes money for them.

I suspect 2nd ACR will give us a detailed list of forces once Scott gets going.  That's pretty standard from what I've seen so far...

Jamison doesn't call the shots for the Dragoons, even while Jaime is out cold.  I'm more than sure they'll eventually make a logical decision... 8)

 1 July 3066
   Mackolla

Duke Scott Mitchell was currently inside the extremely well guarded Lee Armor Dropship located on an auxiliary landing pad some 150km from the main Space Port. Inside were 24 hand built armored vehicles and 400 rounds of ammunition. 20 of those were located inside a extremely heavy storage container which itself was guarded by 2 squads of Battle Armored troopers. On the trip in system, a further 40 specially built rounds of ammunition under heavy guard were transferred to the MDF Longbow, Arrow Destroyer, where they would remain until they were dispersed onto other Arrow Destroyers once those were completed.

Scott had spent over a Billion C-Bills getting his hands on the needed special material for the weapons he had secretly built on Bamburgh. He knew some day he would have to face the punishment from Prince Victor once he learned of them or when they were used in combat against the WoB. But he had vowed long ago to never be outgunned by the WoB in either space or on the ground.

He had just yesterday received a Fax from Archon Prince Victor Steiner Davion informing him of the forces being added to his planned expedition. He had also sent a Fax to Galaxy Commander Helmer and Admiral Stacey Hamilton ordering them to be ready to link up with his expedition and to send any and all material needs ASAP.

  Vinton

Khan Barbara Sennet, Clan Diamond Shark, watched the very last of her Clan's people board the awaiting Dropships for the move to their new home in the Inner Sphere. Clan Cloud Cobra had been fully moved to their new worlds of the former Hanseatic League and true to their word and in recognition of giving them the majority of the Hanseatic worlds, Clan Cloud Cobra had transferred Wisdom of Ages and True Sight, both Potemkin Troop Transports to Clan Diamond Shark. She now had 7 of the massive transports. With several Clans providing escort and providing military cover, her Clan's move had sped up considerably now that she was no longer forced to do so in secret. Awaiting at both the Nadir and Zenith Jump Points were the assembled Clan Diamond Shark fleet of warships and conventional Jumpships. They faced a long journey to arrive at their new home.

  Ironhold

Khan Marthe Pryde had gotten the message from Galaxy Commander Amelia Icaza on the capture of the Chaine Cluster and on the unpressurized yards it held. She was dispatching her rebuilt Mu and Phi Galaxies each having 4 Clusters of Garrison troops along with over 100,000 Flacon lower caste and the few trained shipyard workers her Clan possessed. Her primary goal was in getting those yards capable of production. Her warship fleet was still recovering from the devastation wrought on it by the AFFC several years ago.

Currently, she was carefully watching the other Home World Clan's movements, looking for a moment to possibly strike at one of them. She kept close eye on Clan Steel Viper, an ancient foe, she would love to crush them once and for all. Since her Clan's eviction from the Inner Sphere, she had managed to rebuild her shattered Touman thru numerous Trials against other Clan's allowing her to rebuild almost all of the Clusters destroyed by the AFFC years ago. Clan Steel Viper had not been as lucky in rebuilding, though they were strong enough to seriously damage her rebuilt Touman.

  Bremen

Khan Din Steiner, Clan Cloud Cobra, had finally arrived at her Clan's new Capitol. Her Clan now controlled 24 worlds in the former Hanseatic League with Clan Diamond Shark controlling 5 of the worlds. The influx of millions of her Clan's lower caste had caused some shortages of food and housing on several worlds, but those shortages were slowly being corrected. She had given orders that the conquered people were to be treated decently to avoid problems. Here on Bremen and also on Dortmund her Clan's scientist were assembling her Clan's factories after the long transfer. Dortmund was selected due to the mining operations already located there. What she really wanted were the 5 worlds Clan Diamond Shark possessed, especially Antwerp and it's Mech Factory, though primitive by Clan standards, she was sure they could upgrade it easy enough. But she was not about to stab Khan Sennet in the back, for Clan Diamond Shark had been true to their word.

  Styx

Marshal Mordecai Rand-Davion, commander of the 1st Crucis Lancers, disembarked from his dropship on the primary space port. His was the first Lancer RCT on the planet, the other 7 were on their way. From here, they would strike at the Free Worlds League next year. From the Mech factory on planet, any equipment shortfalls would be made good from factory fresh stocks.

  Second Try

Leftenant General Dixon Zibler, commander of the 1st FedCom RCT watched as the dropships of the incoming 2nd FedCom RCT began landing on the tarmac of the sprawling space port. It was about to get really crowded on this planet. He had his engineers hard at work expanding the housing area to handle the 2nd FedCom personnel and then they would begin preparing for the arrival of the 3rd, 4th and 5th FedCom RCT's.

  Odessa

Precentor Xavier Bronson watched as his Mckenna Battleship was slowly moved into a waiting repair dock. It had been a long journey thru uninhabited systems to reach Odessa. His chief engineer estimated 2 months to repair the damage the ship had taken from the swarm of AFFC fighters at Tharkad. He would never had believed the little gnats would have been able to take down his Battleship but they tore huge chunks of armor off his ships hide with every strike. But he had learned his lesson, when his ship was ready, he was going to strike the AFFC fleet base at Donegal.

  Sterope

Precentor Albert Grendantal shook off the jump effects quickly. He was aboard his flagship the ex-FWLS Corinth, Thera Class Carrier who along with her escorts, ex-FWLS Gawain and Mordred, both Eagle Class Frigates along with the ex-FWLS Troy, Agamemnon Class Heavy Cruiser. His orders were simple, provide support for Word of Blake forces in the Taurian Concordat.
