Clan Goliath Scorpion uses the Kirghiz C to drop air drop Elementals, can this be replicated in Alpha Strike with the commanders edition?

I looked at that but on Kirghiz C sheet it has a CT10 instead of IT10 needed to drop off troops and I was hoping that is a misprint

There’s a rule that allows you to swap CT for IT. P84.

IT never has doors and the dropping rules never mention doors.

Paraquoting, but there should be a line somewhere like, "infantry bays are always assumed to have enough doors"
