Question on visiting the IWM factory

If I'm going to be in the area and want to visit Iron Wind Metals in person, is there a procedure? Can I just show up at any time during their regular hours, or do I need to call ahead or something? Anything else I might be forgetting?

While I haven't done it myself, yet...you can just show up. Although a call ahead won't hurt, it's not really necessary. Cash is king and always appreciated too.

Technically, you don't need to call them or have any formalized process.  Just show up during business hours (I think it's M-F, 10am-4pm EST?).  Cash is recommended but card is certainly fine.

Typically the front door is unlocked, but there may not be anyone in the front office area.  You may have to announce your presence, or give them a call, depending on what the staff are working on.

Also, I would recommend carrying a mask with you.  I don't think it's required now, but it may be recommended given health issues and such of the staff.

I'll definitely be back someday, and maybe on that day I'll actually remember to ask about 1st-sculpt DropShips. COMPLETELY forgot to do so.
