The
Phoenix Hawk IIC is another of the second-line Clan BattleMechs that originally came in
Technical Readout: 3055, featuring artwork made by Victor Musical Industries, Inc. Since the artwork originated from outside FASA, it became Unseen and then Reseen.

There are currently three sculpts for the
Phoenix Hawk IIC:
- The original Unseen version (20-626).
- The Reseen Phoenix Hawk IIC 4 from Technical Readout: Project Phoenix (20-225).
- The recently released Phoenix Hawk IIC 7 sculpt using the TRO: 3085 artwork (20-5156).
