PV for Cyborgs?

I've found the rules in the Companion for using augmented warriors such as Manei Domini, but not seeing any costs to go with them. Are there any PV costs, or is it unusable by players who point balance games?

I'm not looking for judgement calls, I need hard rules that say 'For X PV, you can get Y augmentations'. No points, no usage.

As far as I understand from reading that section, those augmentations are more of a narrative stand point. For a GM fielding manei domini against a player force.

Some can be calculated into, such as c3i or the extra +1 tmm from masc implants, others can't be calculated.

That's what it was looking like to me, thanks. I've got a 500 PV game this weekend, so i think I'll just simulate it with crazy good skills.
