Blitzkrieg: 43mm
Verfolger: 49mm
Rakshasa: 53mm
Scorpion: 23mm
Goliath: 38mm

Additionally: you didn't mention Goliath and Scorpion unseen or reseen (and i don't know if the new CGLs are already available).
