Should I assume you want a spot on the schedule, then?

Sure, go ahead - also, I've got no preferences regarding the date.

Anyone willing to have a look at a German's bad english grammar before I embarrass everyone? Bueller?  ;D

Yeah, your English totally sux! :D

Sorry, I missed you requesting a once-over. I'd be honoured to have a look at it, though obviously the whole German/English thing won't work... ;D

Now that we have an article for the Penthesilea, I would like to see one for the Eyleuka too.

There was one, but someone left the Stealth Armor on and now no one can find it.  ;)

Well, I would request my grandmother's birthday, but somehow I think someone out there probably has plans for April Fool's Day...

And I don't think I have a proper design to request my grandfather's... Tax Day...

Sure, I'd be glad to.

Thanks.

So, I'm going to give the new Osprey variants a spin this week and we'll see what I can come up with afterwards. I'll send you two both a PM.

I still remember a time when you proofed some German piece of mine. A time when I had yet to write my thesis in German. Oh man... enough of that!

Can't wait! [rockon]

I have many the old "Mech of the Weeks" archived. Is there any interest in bringing them back? Either reposted one at a time as a "Retro Mech of the Week". or zipped together and available for download?

*sigh* If by chance anyone that owns a copy of Lamenkov's Liability reads this and wants to help a poor fella out:

I tried to create the Osprey Lawrence in both HMPro and SSW, and I always run out of crits. I assume they dropped the Endo Steel and a bit of armour in comparison to the other models (since it would be the easiest way), is this correct?

Thanks in advance.

The consensus among the authors is generally not to do so for a lot of the older articles.  Given that, I would let the authors themselves make the decision on their own work.

I want to repost some of my articles, maybe with some typos edited out, etc.

I referenced CWD in some. His stuff is two crashes back and part of legendary lore. I'd say it is fair game to repost the few articles where I added on his article? (the Bushwacker and Linebacker come to mind)

Not sure what I'll do with the joint efforts done with garkhal. I'll definitely repost the Imp, where I did a huge amount of research; I may want to revamp the Ostsol/roc and the Wolverine. Cool?

I won't repost the pillager. You've linked to it very nicely, Moonsword, and indeed - let sleeping dogs lie ;)

We'll see if this gets me back into gear for my final two projected MotWs. I want to do the BJ or go bust! I'll let you know if I am unable to do the Karhu within the next months, so someone else can do that divine unit.

Thanks!

PS - what would be a good timeframe for the reposts?

Post 'em when they're done would be my view.  I'm concerned about scheduling the new articles (or major updates, such as my plans to sooner or later completely rewrite the Owens article), not the reposts.

Okay, you're on the schedule.

Do we have an official schedule right now?

[BTW, the article is done, I'm just waiting for some feedback right now.]

Yeah.  I decided to put it one place this time around so we didn't have it randomly plopped at the top of threads by my thread count, not the board default one.

The Osprey article is done since about two weeks ago and awaiting 'final approval' by Pope, so to speak.

I guess there was a misunderstanding - I was asking for the 22 because I already missed my spot for the Osprey and the next one open on the schedule was this one. ;-)

Hi all!

I would really love to see a Mech of the Week covering the first omni mechs.  The Coyotl, Lupus, Wakazashi, Woodsman.  I would love to see articles like this!

Just to clarify things-the Wakazashi isn't an Omni.
